Shipping policy

We are using Australia Post to ensure you receive your product on time.

• Shipping Rates Stander $10 flat rate applies to all orders under $80 within Australia.(Express Shipping $15)
• Orders of $80 and more will be shipped for free within Australia.
• Orders Above $150 will be Free & shipped via Express Post.
  

You can also track your parcels via the tracking number you will receive from Dominick Supps in your Email-inbox or Text on mobile number. We ensure you that package handling is done very safely before the dispatch, to monitor any damage or fault with the product, we will never send damaged product as we fully value the customers time & money. If there are any issues or faults with the product while delivery you need to shoot us an EMAIL first with the photos of the product so that we can contact the shipping company and rectify the issue as soon we can for Exchange/Return/refund or Store credit! Please note: You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund it will only be for the purchased item from Dominick Supps.
